It was like that for manga readers, but when the anime S1 first came out, the manga was close to ending. So, if someone was too impatient, there were always wiki pages and the manga they could learn the outcome from.

Inosuke was really awesome in the fight. Despite knowing he couldnt win, he didnt give up. He even got a flashback when he was a child, his home was probably attacked by Demons. He gets his looks from his mother.

Rui forcing this family dynamic out of fear. This isnt a family, Tanjiro gonna have to teach this stupid kid what it means to be a family.. Or Giyu will.. Tanjiros sword is destroyed. Nezuko gonna have to stall for Giyu to get here.

They're not at all the same caliber(either nichirin or wielder), it's implied that Hashira's nichirin should be stronger/of higher quality since they're the confirmed most capable slayers, their nichirins get reforged when they achieve that ranking(to have the "Slayer of Demons" inscription added), but logically the swordsmiths would enhance the resilience as well, since the blades need to also withstand the strength and pressure and other aggressors the very wielder might impose on the weapon, aside from the thickness of the Moon level demon's flesh, Moons being the main target for Hashira. But then the very wielder's strength and techniques factor in as well, that's shown with how detailed and vivid and big the elemental visuals for their forms get.
And then there's Inosuke's odd preference in nichirin, or how he obtained these, and the attention he would put into how he strikes. Urokodaki likely taught Gyuu the same rule(he taught Tanjiro) about always being careful with the angle of the strike, cause the blade's endurance is lower on the sides. Inosuke has his own way.
